The Group's business strategy and operations have always been pragmatic in nature, focusing on steady development of existing businesses while exploring new opportunities. This approach aims to ensure stable business growth and cash flow while mitigating operational risks.

Since September 2023, the Group has been providing property management services under a management agreement for a property located in Nanshan District, Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China(namely, Jiajinlong Car City). The initial management and operation period was from September 2023 to August 2024. Subsequently, the contract was extended for another year, effective from September 1, 2024, to August 31, 2025.

As disclosed in the announcement, on September 30, 2024, Shenzhen Errui, Mr. Zhang Hongjie, Mr. Chen Huipeng, and Shenzhen Jiajinlong Industrial Development Co., Ltd. entered into a share subscription agreement. Under this agreement, Shenzhen Errui conditionally agreed to subscribe for RMB 9,000,000 in registered capital of the Target Company (representing a 90% equity interest post-completion) for a consideration of RMB 9,000,000.
